I have forgotten my Password – what should I do?

a) Click on ‘Complaint’ at the top of this page.
b) A form will appear on this page.
c) Select the appropriate option (‘Forgot my Password’ in this case).
d) Fill in the other details at the bottom so that we can identify you correctly.
e) Click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom.
On receiving your request, we shall email/SMS your new password within 1 working day.

I get a ‘User not found’ message when I try to login?

a) Re-enter your username and password and try to login again.
b) Make sure that you have entered the username and password with the proper case, e.g. username ‘PD768h56’ should not be entered as ‘pd768h56’ or ‘pD768H56’.
c) If the problem still persists, submit a complaint/request by clicking on ‘Complaint’ at the top of this page, and entering the required details, and then clicking on ‘Submit’.

I have entered my username and password, but I still cannot login?

a) Ensure that the username and password are entered with the correct case.
b) Check that the Caps Lock is NOT on inadvertently.
c) Ensure that you clicked on the ‘Go’ button after you have entered the username and Password.
d) If any of this doesn’t work, then click on the ‘Complaints’ button at the top of this page.
e) In the form that opens up, select the option closest to your problem, fill in your details so that we can identify you correctly, and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
We shall get back to you within 1 working day with a resolution to your issue.

I don’t get any error when I click on ‘Go’, but I still cannot enter the site?

a) Check which Web Browser you are using.
b) This site works only with Internet Explorer 6.0 and above.
c) If you are using Google Chrome, or Firefox, or Mozilla, please shut it off, and start Internet Explorer to access this site.
d) If you are already using Internet Explorer, then please check for Pop-up Blockers as explained in the section below.
e) If neither of the two works, then click on ‘Complaint’ at the top of this page, fill out the details as asked for, and then click on ‘Submit’ button.

I get a message ‘Turn off Pop-up Blocker’?

a) Please follow the steps outlined below to resolve this issue –
b) Click on the ‘Tools’ menu at the top of Internet Explorer, and then select the ‘Internet Options’ option.
c) Click on the ‘Privacy’ tab in the Tools window.
d) On the ‘Pop-up Blocker’ section of this tab, you will notice a check box for ‘Turn on Pop-up Blocker’ which will be checked.
e) Click on this to ensure that it is unchecked (i.e. there is no check mark in the square).
f) Click on ‘OK’ button.
g) Close the browser, and then start again.
